Writer has alluringly described the notion of Ashraf-ul-Maklooqat for young minds. Story is developed as a conversation between a mother and a son.
The main idea is to make kids understand that its ok to pretend like your favorite bird or animal for a day or two but always remember that ALLAH has made you the best among all of HIS creations.
Drift Away is a beautiful book with a wonderfully enlightening and encouraging message for little children to grasp and expand upon using their own imagination. In fact the message resonates with adults as well. As a mother it encourages me to be the best mother I can be to the best of my capabilities so I can only imagine what amazing ambitions my little one will build hearing the message in this book again and again. I love reading the rhyming words in which the story is written almost wanting to sing them! The book is beautifully illustrated on good paper quality. It’s a good buy. I highly recommend it.
