It begins with an introduction, detailing the need to follow the Prophet (SAAS), and how one can motivate oneself to do so. The book examines the guidance of the Prophet (SAAS) on everyday matters, such as clothing, eating and drinking, earning a livelihood, visiting the sick, and teaching and learning. It further enlightens the reader on ablution and bathing, timings of the daily prayers, family life, and dealing with others, including neighbours and guests. The book is divided into 40 short sections, and contains a total of 200 ahadith. Brief explanatory footnotes are also given where relevant.
