I found the author's open-mindedness very appealing. Most books on the subject are emotional rather than factual. However, in this book, the author does not shy away from analyzing the modern entertainment industry; he makes references to Quran and Hadith, writes in a simple yet cohesive manner, and appeals to the reader's intellect. The discussion on music is one of the best I have read. The book is brief -- can easily be read in two or three sittings.
